I JOINED RUGBY TO TACKLE PEOPLE.  NOW I'M A UNION ADMIN?

Union Administrators

In the Rugby Xplorer system, a third administrator type controls everything about your union - the Geographic Union Administrator ("GUA").  There is a high level of responsibility for controlling the operations.  The various options may seem overwhelming at first, but this guide will cover all of the areas to make you successful.

As a GUA, you must be registered in RX as an Admin-Volunteer, and therefore must also have completed SafeSport as well as the Background Check.

 

Once you have been assigned, you will receive an email notification directly from RX.  It is recommended to use Google Chrome as your browser.  Log in to your profile, and look for Admin Portal in the left menu bar to open a new browser tab.  If you are an administrator for multiple items such as a club admin and a union admin, you will see a dropdown in the top left to choose the specific section.  For this exercise, select the Union Admin in the dropdown.

    • Venues - Add the venue for a specific club in a searchable, descriptive manner.​

    • Clubs - Add new clubs or edit information for a club.

    • Teams - Add new teams (annually) and manage squad rosters

  • Competitions - Build new competitions annually including standings, tie-breakers, and more.
